ASA Inter County Championships The Inter-County Champs took place in Sheffield on 17th Oct. There are two divisions and Sussex and Somerset swim in the top division. Shiverers had 6 swimmers representing their counties, for Sussex - Henry Young, Amy Medlock, Luke Pennington, Karen Chan and Joe Hazeldine ( last two joint members with Worthing ) and for Somerset – Clare Fowlie ( joint with Millfield ). Lancashire came first, with Somerset 4th and Sussex 16th . Quite an impressive event with lots of national level swimmers. |
