Shiverers SC enter eight swimmers for the 2011 south east regional youth championships. Good luck Henry Young, James Malkin, Adam Warner, Karen Chan, Abigail Lelliott, Lee Hammond, Amy Medlock, Amy Quach.

Three magnificent Shiverers swimmers competed at the Schools Biathlon final at crystal palace, this was the culmination of a two qualification rounds the southern regional qualification event and a South West of england semi final.

Tim Longden was sixth in the year 12/13 age group with a total score of 2716 for Lancing College with a seasons best of 0:59.33 (9th) for the 100m in a 50m pool 2:44.65 (5th) for the 1000m run

Henry Young also of Lancing College was pipped to second place by four points in the year 11 age group scoring a total of 2820 with a 3rd in the swim with a personal best of 56.43 for the swim and 3rd in the run with a time of 2.40.67. which was also the second highest score of the day for the boys.

196 Florence Margaroli from Windlesham house school was 12th in her first biathlon final in the year 8 age group with 2440 points with a 1:08.01 swim and a 3:26.12 run

Shiverers SC finish in 1st place overall in the age group category. This is the 8th year in a row that Shiverers finish in the top three. See press release.
