03/09/10		County relay team selection Team selection for Sussex county relays have been made. All coaching resources will be atending the gala. There will be no Shiverers training sessions on Sunday 5th September in Lancing or Brighton.
06/08/10		British Gas ASA National Youth Championships Amy Medlock(14) swims 28.65 in the 14/17 years 50m freestyle to finish 104th from a field of 136. Amy also swims 1:19.13 in the 100m Breaststroke to finish 76th from a field of 101. Henry Young(15) swims 1:01.37 in the 15/18 years 100m butterfly to finish 93rd from a field of 103.
05/08/10		British Gas ASA National Youth Championships Henry Young(15) swims 2:19.53 in the 15/18 years 200m backstroke to finish 129th from a field of 136.
03/08/10		British Gas ASA National Youth Championships Henry Young(15) swims 1:03.32 in the 15/18 years 100m backstroke to finish 107th from a field of 130.
29/07/10		British Gas ASA National Age Group Championships Clare Fowlie(13) swims into 18th place (from a field of 31) in the 100m Butterfly in a time of 1:08.13.
26/07/10		Brighton Pier to Pier Shiverers won both ladies and Mens team trophies-never been done before by any club .This is also the first time a Shiverers ladies team have won the pier race but the boys have so far won it 13 times since the Cup was first presented in 1984-thats a record as well! Well done Amy Medlock, Amy Quach, Rachel Woolliscroft, Abigail Lelliot, Adam Warner, Henry Young, Jack Swift and Ryan Scott.
